Park Responsibly
Ensure Helbiz vehicles are parked responsibly and out of the pedestrian right of way.
No riding under the influence
Yes, you can still get a DUI... Never drink and ride.
Obey all traffic laws
A Helbiz vehicle is subject to all your local traffic laws.
No riding on sidewalks
Ride only on roads or in bicycle lanes leaving the sidewalks for pedestrians
Wear a helmet
You are required by law to wear a helmet whenever you ride with Helbiz
Must be +18
You need to be over 18 years old to rent and use vehicles
Sanitize hands & Wipe Down
To keep our riders safe the city requires you to santize your hands as well as wiping down the handlebars before and after riding.
Drivers License Required
You will be required to scan a valid drivers license inside the app in order to rent a vehicle.
No Double Riding
Riding 2 people on the same vehicle is prohibited and you will be subject to fines and suspension.
Speed limit 15mph
Vehicles are limited to 15mph by default by law
