No riding under the influence
Yes, you can still get a DUI... Never drink and ride.
Obey all traffic laws
A Helbiz vehicle is subject to all your local traffic laws.
No riding on sidewalks
Ride only on roads or in bicycle lanes leaving the sidewalks for pedestrians
Wear a helmet
You are required by law to wear a helmet whenever you ride with Helbiz
Must be +14
You need to be over 14 years old to rent and use vehicles
No Double Riding
Riding 2 people on the same vehicle is prohibited and you will be subject to fines and suspension.
Reflective vest compulsory at night
It is required by Italian law to wear reflective vests at night
Max speed limit 20km/h
In all Italian cities, maximum speed limit is 20km/h
